Looks like you just started your profile on twitter. Did you know that 60%-70% of everybody you follow will follow you back? You can simply follow those who you are interested in and grow you account at a very quick but natural rate just by following others. Don't forget to unfollow those that don't follow you back or you'll get stuck at the 2,000 following mark :-)

Twitter is one great way to update your fans (if you are an artist or a celebrity of some sort), clients (to inform them of new products), and friends. It's convenient to use because so many android phones offer such ease in terms of twitter applications nowadays. However, I believe there's nothing much to be done in the site.
